CIPA Education and Literacy Foundation (CIPA ELF)—Our Vision
WHO WE ARE
We are a tax-exempt public charity whose purpose is to facilitate and support child and adult literacy and education through the resources of independent publishing.
CIPA ELF is a nonprofit Colorado corporation and is tax exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Contributions to CIPA ELF are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. CIPA ELF is listed in IRS Publication 78 and registered with the Colorado Secretary of State in both the Business Division and Licensing Division (Charitable Solicitations).
CIPA ELF is classified as a Public Charity under IRC Section 509(a)(3) and is funded by contributions received through approved fundraising programs. All types of contributions and payment methods are welcome and appreciated. For contributions of books, school supplies or other in-kind donations please email CIPA ELF at elf@cipabooks.com for further information.
