The CIPA Education and Literacy Foundation (CIPA ELF) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to promote literacy, education, and community enrichment through the support and distribution of independently published works. We rely on the generosity of donors like you to fund our programs and initiatives.

🧾 Donations Are Non-Refundable

All monetary donations made to CIPA ELF are final and non-refundable. As a charitable organization, we provide acknowledgment receipts for all contributions, which may be used for tax deduction purposes as allowed by law.

🎁 Promotional Gifts and Complimentary Items

At times, we may offer complimentary items (such as books, bookmarks, or merchandise) as a token of appreciation for donations. These items are:

• Provided free of charge and not considered a purchase or transaction.

• Not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

• Distributed at the discretion of CIPA ELF and subject to availability.

We do not guarantee the delivery, format, or specific content of any complimentary items, though we always strive to fulfill our commitments with care and professionalism.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

 

If a promotional item is damaged in transit or not received, please notify us within 14 days of the donation date at [insert email address]. While we cannot issue refunds, we may offer a replacement if supplies permit.
